UTR Helps Build a Community in San Diego

President and CEO of Under the Roof Decorating, Kelly Krake, had the privilege to participate in a Community Building project hosted by The Home Depot Hardware departments. The project ran May 3- 5, 2011 in conjunction with the San Diego Habitat for Humanity.

Kelly, along with hundreds of others, participated in the project that is, “Dedicated to repairing and refurbishing homes and facilities that serve disadvantaged families and individuals with a special focus on serving military veterans.“

Participants included members of the San Diego Habitat for Humanity, The Home Depot employees, vendors, representatives, spouses and countless others who all gave their time, talent and financial support to help make a difference to families in need. “It was a great experience and I’m proud that we were able to be part of it. To help build homes for families in need is really special” said Kelly.
