UTR Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Under The Roof Decorating’s online store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping locations

We ship to the contiguous 48 states in the United States, and to Canada. At this time we do not offer international shipping outside of those two countries.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Options for shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the first step in the checkout process.

UTR Decorating uses the following carriers to provide shipping services:

• • United Parcel Services (UPS) to the USA and Canada
  • United States Postal Service (USPS) in the USA
  • Canada Post (CPC) in Canada

 

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery address, you will be able to select the option that suits you.

Delivery times are estimated by the carriers and displayed in the shipping options section of the checkout process. Note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Free shipping

Customers with a cart value of over $50 USD are eligible to receive free shipping. Please note that you must select the Free Shipping option at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes

UTR Decorating can ship to addresses with a P.O. box using the USPS option in the USA, and the CPC option in Canada. This option is not available for shipment with UPS. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For US customers. All Under The Roof Decorating's products ordered in the US ship from our US warehouse. No customs or duties will be added to your purchase. Any state or federal taxes, if any, imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

For Canadian customers. All Under The Roof Decorating's products ordered in Canada ship from our Canadian warehouse. No customs or duties will be added to your purchase. Any provincial or federal taxes, if any, imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Under The Roof Decorating currently covers the cost of U.S. import tariffs, so you don’t pay anything extra. However, this isn’t sustainable for our business long-term. If the tariffs remain in place, we will need to adjust our pricing to cover those costs.

Damages

UTR Decorating is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
