Shark Tank Memories: Bracelet #63

Here at UTR we love the small business investment show Shark Tank. In celebration of the show (which airs every Friday), we want to share some of our recollections of our own brush with fame on Shark Tank.

Hoping to meet with the judges at ABC’s Shark Tank, Kelly and I travelled to L.A. in May 2013 to attend an open audition. Only the first 500 people to arrive were guaranteed an interview with a pre-screening judge.  Fortunately, we arrived early, camped out and ended up with bracelet #63.

We had only one minute to wow the judge. Part way through our presentation, the judge interrupted and said “you’re on the show.” We were speechless and weren’t ready for what happened next… (read the whole story here).
