Liette Tousignant Participates in Launch of New BiY Centers in Toronto
It was an exciting week here at UTR where Liette was asked to be a part of the grand opening of the very first BiY Build it Yourself Center in Canada! Jim Caruk, whom you might recognize from HGTV’s hit show Real Renos is the brain behind this project. It has been Jim’s dream to build a Center where homeowners could go to learn and empower themselves to successfully undertake home projects. After more than five years of planning, Jim’s dream has become a reality and people now have a place where they can learn everything from fixing a leaky faucet, to repairing drywall, to hanging pictures on those walls. And guess who was asked to join Jim’s team as their Wall Décor Expert?
“I was honoured to be part of such an amazing group of experts and have the opportunity to participate in the launch and share my tips and tricks for painless picture hanging with homeowners and the media. I am looking forward to instructing future classes at the BiY Center for people who want to create beautiful wall arrangements without making extra nail holes. “
