Top Trends: Quirky and Trendy Faux Taxidermy

It’s a trend that we’re seeing everywhere: wall-mounted animal heads made of all kinds of materials like papier maché, fun fur, ceramics, cardboard, bronze, wool, painted wood and so much more.

As you’ll see, decorating with these heads is fun, easy, and such a great way to add a bit of whimsy to your walls. Hang one on its own or group many heads together (a herd, so to speak), or integrate a head within an arrangement of pictures you already have on your wall. The key when decorating with animal heads is to have fun and not take it too seriously. This is only a trend and it’s not for everyone, so don’t worry if faux taxidermy is not your style.
